You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Website solely for your personal, non-commercial use, or to engage in transactions with Gladys Grove LLC.
 

B. Client/Commissioned Work IP (Graphic Design Services)

  • Custom Design Work: For custom graphic design services (e.g., logo design, branding packages, commissioned art), a separate written Client Services Agreement or Design Contract will govern the specific scope of work, fees, and the transfer or licensing of intellectual property rights.

    • Unless expressly stated otherwise in the separate contract, Gladys Grove LLC retains the copyright in all preliminary concepts, designs, and working files. The final, approved, and fully paid-for design is licensed to the client for the agreed-upon use (or rights are transferred, as specified in the contract).

  • Portfolio Use: Gladys Grove LLC retains the right to display any completed work, including commissioned projects, as part of our online or physical portfolio and marketing materials.
     

4. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Website:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.

  • To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Website, or which, as determined by us, may harm Gladys Grove or users of the Website.
